Can I get a free sample?
No problem, we can provide free sample to you, but postage should be paid by your side.
Will you offer the pre-production sample before mass production?
Yes, we will send you pp sample, after you confirm, then we will start mass production.
Can I use my logo on your products?
Certainly!
Can I mix different designs to meet the MOQ?
Sure!
Can I do the products according to my pattern design?
Of course you can! You can give us artwork or a physical sample.
Can I change fabric to manufacture those products?
Yes you can! We can offer many kinds of fabric such as 100% organic cotton, CVC, TC, microfiber, minky dot, muslin, flannel, coral fleece, modal, jersey, bamboo, canvas, oxford and etc.
How can you guarantee the production quality?
Our production quality follow Oeko-Tex standard 100. We have strict quality control system in our production process. We have 4 times inspection before package. Third part inspection acceptable.
What’s your payment condition for a new customer?
As a rule, for our first order of a new customer, we request 30% in advance, and 70% balance against to BL copy by T/T. If we can built a long-term and stable business relationship, we will be glad to provide you with better support on payment conditions.
What is your lead time?
Normally 7 – 45 days after receiving your payment, but it can be negotiated based on your requirement.
